September means it's time for the most relaxed of concerts of the Modesto Symphony Orchestra: the annual Picnic at the Pops.

This year broadway star Michael Cavanaugh sings the music of Elton John (and more!) in the refreshing setting of the grounds of the E&J Gallo winery, on Saturday evening, September 11. The grounds open at 4:00 pm, and the concert begins at 7:30 pm. 

Always enjoyable, you won't want to miss this highly anticipated concert!

AND: the best thing about Picnic at the Pops is that you get to bring your own food to the show!  How 'bout getting takeout from Appetéz or Buddy's?!
Appetéz Millenium Bruschetta travels exceptionally well, as do the Harvest Chicken Salad, or Almond-Crusted Salmon.
