I have been serving as co-chairman for the Stanislaus League of Women Voters for the past year.  My term is now up but I wanted to take this chance to thank all of you for the wonderful job you did for us this year.  The food was delicious, the service polite and timely and the rooms were lovely.  I appreciated all your hard work so much.  I tell everyone I know what a good job you do.

I had so many comments about what a great party! I certainly had a great time after all our guests left and I wasn't "on" anymore.  Sorry we stayed so late but we were just so happy.... me especially!
Please let Tom know the staff could not have been any greater. Everyone was impressed with everything, room, staff, and food! Many did not know about your banquet room and were very impressed.

Just wanted to let you guys know what great experiences I've had with Appetéz catering.  Lunches today and [a few weeks ago] were easy, prompt and delicious.  Both times the meeting attendees commented on how good it was, the delivering Appetéz staff were super-friendly and helpful, and most importantly, made my life easier as a meeting host.  I wish you were in every city that I host meetings!  Thanks for everything, and I look forward to working with you again soon!

Thank you so much for the picture.  I love it!  I have not shown it to my husband only because he has already left for work, but I know he will love it as well.  We enjoyed our celebration very much.  Not only was it wonderful to have a private booth with no distractions or noise to spoil the atmosphere, but the food was outstanding.  The added touch of rose petals and flowers made it a night we shall never forget.  We had forgotten our camera and our waitress offered to take our picture with her camera and send it to us.  Her kindness in doing so touched our hearts and lives and we send our thanks to her.  We would consider it an honor for you to use our picture on your web site.  I am sure no one who eats at your establishment will be disappointed.  May God bless all of you.

We had a wonderful evening! We had great food, great service and an overall great time.
The room was beautiful and the set-up of tables were perfect. The service was superb...Andrew took very good care of us. After the event, I received several comments about how great the food was. More than one person told me they were impressed as to how big the chicken breasts were. I had the chicken as well and I couldn't help but notice that myself. I was stuffed!
My only question is how do you have such a thick piece of chicken and keep it so juicy? Incredible.

I just wanted to thank you again for the wonderful rehearsal dinner meal we enjoyed last Friday night for our son & "new daughter".  Everything was wonderful, and I appreciate so much your help in the long distance arrangements for the event.  Please also convey my thanks to Cassie and the other servers who helped with the meal.  It was a pleasure to work with all of you and I hope we can visit you again if we have occasion to be in Modesto again in the future.

The event was nice- Tables looked great, loved the bruschetta, I would absolutely do that appetizer again.  The sausages were great (I put some mustards out with them), the tri tip was a bit overcooked, the potato salad was great.  Desserts were a huge hit, I should have ordered double.  Kelly did a great job.

Thank you for the excellent service and great selection you provided us during our recent BlackBook Meetings at Racor.  I appreciate your flexibility with some of my requests (omitting ham due to religion) as well as the freedom to "change things up a bit" in my choices.  I also must mention that the fact you arrived on time was something we were very impressed with.  This has been an ongoing issue for us, which has steadily grown worse.  I realize sometimes things happen that cannot be controlled, but it became the standard rather than an occasional inconvenience.  
The food was really different and a nice change.  I received compliments on the wraps and the nice presentation.  Many asked who we had cater the events and thought it must have been pretty pricey - but your options were extremely reasonable.  I am glad you decided to rekindle the relationship we had in the past.  I expect we'll see alot more of each other in the future.

You exceeded our expectations in every way. Sarah was wonderful at handling our questions and creating a lovely menu - I always felt that she was personally interested in our event and that its success was important to her

The set-up before the event went without a hitch, with Sarah and Ashton checking with me several times to make sure I was satisfied with the layout and the timing of the food service. Their competence helped me to relax and enjoy my daughter's wedding and reception.
The food was delicious - many of our guests complimented us on its quality - and the portions were generous. Ashton and the other server were attentive and kept serving mimosas and other beverages.
Overall, I would say everything was excellent. I can't wait to have another event so I can use you again. My friend, Kathy Clarke, recommended Appetez to me when I was looking for a caterer, and I will not hesitate to recommend you to others.

Kelly was attentive but not intrusive.  That take a lot of talent to do.   We were impressed.
The teaser appetizer worked -- we ordered the spinach/artichoke dip.  Bill was totally enchanted with his "take away" tea.  Very nice touch.
Bill had the Veal Marsala and he said it was excellent.  I had the Balsamic Chicken and am trying to figure out how to replicate it.
You have a good choosy wine list without it being overwhelming.  We had the Russian River pinot which worked well with the diversity of our orders.   Sorry -- no room for dessert.
When we were having coffee Thursday morning, Bill told me he is taking me there for our anniversary or sooner.  That's a big deal because he doesn't say stuff like that.  
Thanks Sarah.  I'm so glad to have you as a friend.  Now about all that dancing....
